Spit Roast Beef



Large joints of beef topside or sirloin spit roasted with an English mustard and herb crust, these can be cooked to your own requirements - some rare, some well done it is a flexible method of cooking method. Ideal for both plated meals or hot beef sandwiches.

The beef we use is sourced from an excellent local butcher and has hung for four to five weeks ensuring full flavour and tenderness.


Spit Roast beef joints can provide a flexible solution to catering from a handfull of people to a few hundred people. Cooking times are a lot quicker than with a hog roast at 1 to 3 hours depending on numbers. As with the hog roast we can either cook at your event or deliver ready roasted.
